The Still Becoming Sunday Letter

A Little Hope, A Little Courage, and a Whole Lot of Becoming

Sunday, November 1, 2026

Good morning, beautiful ladies! 💜

As we welcome a new month, I want to begin this Sunday Letter by asking you something.

How are you really doing?

Not the automatic “I’m fine” we give everyone. Not the smile we put on when we have a hundred things running through our minds.

I mean, how are you doing underneath it all?

Because the truth is, life is asking a lot of us right now.

Everywhere we turn, there seems to be another responsibility, another bill, another concern, another reason to worry about tomorrow.

Groceries cost more than many families can comfortably afford. Housing, transportation, car payments, insurance, and everyday necessities stretch paychecks that already have too many demands placed on them.

And behind those financial pressures are real people.

Mothers trying to make sure their children have what they need. Women caring for aging parents. Families making difficult choices about what they can afford. People working hard every day and still feeling as though they’re struggling to get ahead.

Sometimes we become so accustomed to surviving that we forget how much surviving takes out of us.

And I want you to know that I see you.

Our lives, our concerns, and our voices

This week brings an important moment for our country.

Tuesday, November 3, is Election Day.

Whatever your political beliefs, I hope you’ll take time to learn about the candidates, consider the issues that matter most to you, and make an informed decision about participating.

The cost of living, housing, healthcare, education, and the opportunities available to our families are all important subjects deserving thoughtful attention and honest conversation.

If you live in New Jersey, Sunday, November 1, is the final day of in-person early voting. If you’re voting elsewhere, check your state’s official election information for your options and polling locations.

You can find reliable voting information at USA.gov/voting or Vote.NJ.Gov.

Our voices matter beyond Election Day, too. We can continue to ask questions, stay informed, participate in our communities, and hold meaningful conversations about the future we want.

Something beautiful is happening here

Now, ladies, I want to share something from my heart.

Building Still Becoming Wellness has been one of the most meaningful creative journeys of my life.

Every guide, every journal entry, every Sunday Letter, every magazine page, every interactive collection, and every video is an opportunity for me to put a little more love, intention, and creativity into the world.

And I am learning as I go.

Some days an idea comes together beautifully.

Other days I have to revisit it, make corrections, change my approach, and try again.

But I keep going.

Because this is more than creating digital products or posting on social media.

I am building a space where women can feel seen, heard, understood, and welcomed exactly as they are.

A space where we can talk about menopause without embarrassment, grief without pretending we’re okay, relationships without shame, and emotional wellness without feeling that we have to explain every feeling.

A place where we can celebrate our progress, even when that progress looks different from what we imagined.

And lately, I’ve been putting even more thought into the content I create.

I want our videos to tell stories that mean something. I want our journals to encourage reflection. I want our calendars and interactive products to be beautiful, but also useful in everyday life.

I want everything that carries the Still Becoming Wellness name to have purpose.

That takes work, patience, and plenty of creativity.

But when I think about the possibility that something I’ve written or created might brighten another woman’s morning, give her a moment of peace, or remind her that she matters, I know why I started.

This week in The Journal

And speaking of honest conversations, I want to invite you to read our newest Journal entry:

“When Life Gets Expensive, Don’t Let Your Peace Become the Price.”

This one comes straight from the heart, because I know so many of us are feeling the weight of the world we’re living in.

We’re working, paying bills, caring for our families, and trying to create some financial stability, yet for many people, simply making ends meet has become an everyday struggle.

And we need to talk about what that does to us emotionally.

Not every problem can be solved with a positive attitude, a self-care routine, or another reminder to be grateful.

Sometimes life is genuinely difficult, and we need to acknowledge that truth.

We’re not asking for luxury. We’re asking to live.

In this week’s Journal, we’re having that conversation without sugarcoating it. We’re talking about financial pressure, the emotional weight women carry, and why our peace and well-being deserve attention even during difficult times.

I hope you’ll take a few moments to read it.

You can find it in The Journal at stillbecomingwellness.com.

Welcoming November with intention

We are entering the final two months of 2026.

And I don’t want us to spend them only thinking about everything we haven’t accomplished.

I want us to recognize everything we’ve survived, learned, created, and overcome.

Maybe this year has changed you in ways you never expected.

Maybe you’ve experienced loss. Maybe you’ve had to rebuild a part of your life. Maybe you’ve discovered strength you didn’t know you had.

Maybe you’re still figuring things out.

That’s okay.

You don’t need a perfect plan to move forward.

And you don’t have to wait until January 1 to begin caring for yourself differently.

As we continue preparing our Still Becoming Wellness 2027 Collection, including Your Year to Bloom, that is exactly what I want us to remember.

A new year is an opportunity, not a deadline to become an entirely different person.

You are allowed to grow at your own pace.

A little something special for 2027

And today, I’m excited to share something we’ve been working on with so much love and intention.

Your Year to Bloom: The Still Becoming Wellness 2027 Calendar Collection is being released today, November 1!

This beautiful three-part interactive digital collection includes:

● Your Year to Bloom: Our interactive 2027 calendar, designed to help you organize your days, plan your year, and make room for what matters.

● Becoming Me in 2027: A personal wellness companion for monthly reflections, self-discovery, and emotional check-ins.

● Pages of Becoming: A 50-page interactive journal where you can write, reflect, and reconnect with yourself throughout the year.

I wanted to create something that would make planning and reflecting feel more meaningful, personal, and enjoyable.

Not another set of expectations or an overwhelming list of resolutions.

Just a beautiful space for you to be yourself, recognize your progress, and continue becoming.

You don’t need to become a different woman in 2027. You deserve to keep discovering and caring for the woman you already are.

I invite you to explore the collection at stillbecomingwellness.com.

And thank you for supporting the creativity, care, and purpose behind everything we do here.

A little Sunday reflection

Before this day gets away from you, I’d love for you to think about three things:

● What has been weighing on my heart lately?

● What is one thing I can do this week that brings me a little more peace?

● What am I proud of myself for, even if nobody else noticed?

You don’t have to answer them all today.

Sometimes simply asking ourselves the right questions is a beautiful beginning.

Until next Sunday

Beautiful ladies, I know the world can feel heavy. I know responsibilities don’t disappear just because we need a break.

But even in difficult seasons, I want us to remember that our lives are made up of more than bills, deadlines, worries, and obligations.

There is still room for laughter.

There is still room for connection.

There is still room for creativity, love, possibility, and joy.

And there is absolutely still room for you.

So this week, stay informed, take care of yourself, check on someone you love, and remember that you deserve kindness and compassion, too.

Thank you for being part of this journey and allowing Still Becoming Wellness to become a little part of yours.

We’re still learning.

We’re still growing.

We’re still creating.

And most importantly, we’re still becoming.

With love, gratitude, and an open heart,

Sharonda Lynn 💜
